Journal details Large format: US letter size (8,5 x 11 in) Glossy cover Designed specifically for online teachers and coaches who run 1:1 lessons, coaching sessions, and appointments with Zoom or Skype, such as language teachers, language coaches, life coaches, business coaches, and more Contains 50 meeting templates to use before, during, and after your meetings You can also get a version of this journal that is designed for group meetings, named Let’s Meet the Group:Client Meeting Journal for Online Teachers and Coaches (search for it on Amazon) The journal is designed to help you: Create a system for your online 1:1 meetings so you can save mental space and energy and be more efficient, confident, and present. Have all your meeting notes in one place so you can review, analyze, and look for patterns and use that information to improve your online meeting experience or create content and products for your online teaching or coaching business. And because writing and doodling by hand are proven to improve focus and boost your creativity, you’ll also be more mindful, focused, and creative (not just) during your client meetings. How to use the journal Create an online meeting checklist (page 3) — your pre-meeting rituals, things to do to eliminate distractions, things to prepare in advance — to review before every meeting. Write down all the important info like your Zoom meeting IDs, passwords, and links into the online meeting vault (page 3) for quick reference. Write down the names of your clients, their learning goals, and other details in the client list (pages 8–9). Use the journal pages (meeting templates) (pages 10–109) for each meeting: Before the meeting, fill in the meeting details, reflect on the previous meeting, and write down your agenda (left-hand pages). During the meeting, write down notes, homework assignments, and things to remember for the next meeting (right-hand pages). After the meeting, reflect on your notes, highlight, and add ideas. Also, add the meeting details and the journal page number into the meeting log (pages 4–7) for future reference. If you run out of space at any point, there is a meeting jotter (pages 110–120) at the end of the journal.
