The Governing Dynamics of the NFL- A Direct Path to the Lombardi Trophy

A theoretical framework for evolving the operations of an NFL organization top-down. Written for NFL owners, presidents, CEOs, GMs, all executives, head coaches, coordinators, position coaches, scouts, and all staff. Top-down characterizing the knowledge creation that is argued to be essential to begin at the level of ownership, then synergistically flow through the executive/front office and operational levels so as to optimize the congruency in which the entire organization functions, which culminates in winning more games. You are presented with a set of guidelines to evolve executive behavior and skills, organizational culture, executive/coaching/staff/player psychology, coaching and communication, all practice planning, and on and off the field preparation for the off-season, pre-season, regular season, and post-season. Practice planning and content strategy accounts for CBA guidelines in terms of restrictions on OTAs, Minicamps, Training Camp, and seasonal factors, as well as a proposed evolutionary approach for the players association. This is a 6×9 hardcover book, with a faux leather cover, ribbon page marker, and high-quality paper. I have a personal affinity for old hardcover books and, thus, chose to design this one to follow suit. The price of the book reflects the costs associated with self-publishing, the time, research, and thought I put into writing the book, as well as the considerable expense in having the book manufactured this particular way, in addition to how it will endure over time in a superior fashion relative to a soft cover. I also think it will serve as a fine-looking addition on the shelf in anyone’s personal library. Most importantly, however, and as per the sub-title, the conjectured outcome for any NFL organization that fully assimilates the knowledge shared in this book is a direct path to the Lombardi Trophy.
